Child Psychology
Conscious Parenting Support

I am Ana Laura Cervantes Alberdi, a child psychologist specialized in guiding parents and child development.

I offer individual sessions and practical workshops to help you navigate the daily challenges of raising children.

Parenting was never meant to be done alone

Every family deserves to feel seen, understood, and supported.

I help parents to:

  • Make sense of their child’s behavior
  • Strengthen emotional bonds
  • Build a nurturing and resilient family dynamic

Parenting is complex and deeply demanding

Along the way you may find yourself feeling:

  • Overwhelmed
  • Unsure
  • Disconnected
  • Exhausted

This is human and there are ways forward.

Parentng is like a mission to Mars

Yet you are expected to navigate it without a manual, and without ever being taught how.

Just like any important mission, parenting deserves guidance, preparation, and space to reflect.

about me

I am a child psychologist specialized in the emotional and psychological development of children and adolescents. I have more than 16 years of experience working with children, families, and educational settings, and my work focuses on psychological assessment, understanding child development, and supporting families from an evidence-based perspective grounded in developmental neuropsychology and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Throughout my professional career, I have worked in both clinical and educational contexts across Europe and Latin America, supporting children with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental profiles. I currently work in the field of child and adolescent psychology conducting psychological assessments, differential diagnosis, and brief interventions, while also collaborating with schools, families, and multidisciplinary teams to better understand and support each child’s individual needs.

Perfection is not part of human development, and it is not part of parenting either. What truly makes a difference is: continuous learning, intentional reflection, and emotional connection.
